- The Division Bench Judgement by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the case title das Sandhya v. Manish has been reported in DLT (Delhi Law Times) vide 21.10.2016 wherein the Hon’ble High Court has granted the divorce on the ground of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.
- Has also got issued the notice against the Sports Ministry by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in a Writ Petition bearing no 6468/2012, titled Naresh Kumar v. State & Anr., filed on behalf of Para-Olympian Naresh Kumar Sharma.
- Has also got the Anti-Suit Injunction issued against the Husband by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the appeal titled Charanjeet Kaur v. Vijyant Sabharwal.
- Has also got the guidelines issued regarding the pending mutual consent petitions in the Family Court of Rohini District Courts, from the Hon’ble High Court in Writ Petition (Civil) bearing no. 3912/202, titled Kavita Malik v. State of NCT of Delhi. The same has been reported in Live Law and Bar & Bench.
- Has also got notice issued to SHO Mehrauli and also, an intimation to DCP-South, in an Anticipatory Bail Application wherein the Hon’ble Court of Saket, Delhi made an observation that “Police Station turning into a Public Booth” in the case titled Zishan Ahmad v. State of NCT of Delhi.
- Has also got custody orders issued to the client/mother from the father/respondent from the Hon’ble High Court in a Habeas Corpus Writ Petition (Criminal) bearing no. 814/2022, titled Neha Bhatia v. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors.
- Has been regularly appearing against NCB (National Crime Bureau) under NDPS Act (Narcotics, Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act) in the matter title das NCB v. Sonia Shamra o & Ors.
- Has been regularly appearing in various Anticipatory Bails filed against Section 376, 420, 498A, etc.
- Has also succeeded in getting protection orders issued in favor of the educated-engineer couple living in live-in-relationship against the family members, in the Writ Petition bearing no. 2221/2021, titled Sandeep Kumar v. State of NCT of Delhi by the Hon’ble High Court.
- Has also given extensive interviews to NDTV news channel on the Split-verdict on Marital Rape by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
